Hours of operation:
We are available to answer calls and emails any time, most of the time you will get our answering service, but we do check our service frequently and will return your call ASAP!

Automobile consignments:
We accept all types of automobiles, boats, trucks, tractors, heavy equipment, airplanes, motorcycles and more. We will require you to provide a clear merchantable title free from all liens and encumbrances prior to the auction. All police and abandon vehicle auctions are subject to special conditions buying and selling.

Consignments accepted:
We reserve the right to turn down merchandise that we believe will sell for less than $25 per item. Our recommendation is to call us before bringing merchandise of questionable value. We accept entire estates and moving lots with the entire range of merchandise but we will not accept smaller lots of questionable value.

Commission rate:
Estate, farm, etc, and most all other auctions commission rate is determined during our initial contact from auctioneer. For our consignment auctions, we charge 25% commission on general merchandise and have a $25 minimum commission, which is deducted from the consignment check. For highly valuable items such as automobiles, boats, tractors, and certain antiques, we do provide reduced commission rates, negotiable by contacting us. Checks are generally mailed out two weeks after the auction.

Pick-up rates:
We would be happy to come and pick up your merchandise if you cannot bring it to us. For the pick-ups within Junction City. The cost is $25 per person per hour. These costs can be deducted from the sellers check. For rates outside of Junction City, please contact us.

Internet listings:
For all good, marketable items, every attempt is made to have pictures and descriptions posted to this web site by Sometimes we find merchandise that we believe to be worth less than $25 at auction. These items are not listed on our web site but are instead sold by a choice process the night of the auction.

Advertising:
We have regular buyers that seek our listings in newspapers and flyers. We use in-house design and replication. We use local and out of town papers and flyers, Radio, Cable TV, several online auction sites, and direct mailings.

Selling:
Items are listed on our secure web site with a picture and description for pre-auction bidding. Auction merchandise is cataloged with State of the art software and digital cameras. Merchandise is sold in catalog order for speed, efficiency and predictability. A picture of every item is projected on a screen with its description while it is sold.

Settlement:
Complete totals with an itemized inventory are available immediately after the auction, all items are tracked by the latest and greatest in auction software.
